ÖZET
Bu çalışmada Gadamer’in hermeneutik anlayışında önemli bir yere sahip olan tarih bilinci sorunu incelenecektir. Gadamer’in tarih bilinci sorununa yaklaşımı incelenirken aynı zamanda onun etkisinde kaldığını belirttiği Heidegger’in hermeneutik düşüncesi ile olan ilişkilerine de ayrıca yer verilecektir. Bunun yanında Heidegger’in Gadamer üzerindeki açık etkisinden ötürü dolaylı da olsa Hegel’in diyalektiği ve bilinç sorunu ile olan kan bağlarına değinilecektir. Çalışmamız bu çerçeveden hareketle tarihsel anlama sürecinde bilincin tarihselliği düşüncesinin Gadamer’ci hermeneutik anlayışta nasıl gerçekleştiğini göstermeyi amaçlamaktadır.

ABSTRACT
In this study, the problem of historical consciousness that has an important place in hermeneutical sense of Gadamer will be investigated. While investigating the approach of Gadamer to the problem of historical consciousness, his relations with hermeneutical thought of Heidegger, he says his influence on him, will also be given at the same time. In addition, his linking with consciousness problem and Hegel’s dialectic will also be dealt even being implicitly due to clear effect of Heidegger on Gadamer. Our study, from this framework, aims to show how the thought of historical consciousness is realized in hermeneutic sense of Gadamer in the process of historical understanding.
