ÖZET
Günümüzde teknolojiye karşı ne tür bir tavır takınmamız gerektiği önemli bir sorun olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Onun gücünden etkilenerek, teknolojinin insan tasarımı olduğu gerçeğini göz ardı edip ona karşı korku veya hayranlık duyulabilmektedir ki dünyada bu yaklaşımları sergileyen farklı kesimler mevcuttur. Bir yandan onun nötr olduğu varsayılarak teknoloji hayata tereddütsüzce dahil edilmektedir. Diğer yandan ise teknolojinin felaketlere neden olacağı düşünülmekte ve ondan korkuyla kaçınılmaktadır. Teknolojinin gücü ve hayatımıza etkileri konusunda sağlam ve kapsayıcı bir kavrayış elde etmek için duygusal veya derinlikten yoksun olan bu tavırlar bir yana bırakılmalı, konu hakkında soğukkanlı ve eleştirel bir yaklaşım sergilenmelidir. Bu çalışmada çeşitli düşünürlerin fikirlerinden hareketle teknoloji konusuna ne tür kabuller ve tavırlarla yaklaşıldığı ve bunların ne tür yetersizlikler taşıdığına işaret edilerek, teknoloji karşısında ne tür bir tavır sergilemenin daha doğru olduğu sorusuna yanıt aranacaktır.

ABSTRACT
Nowadays the question of what kind of a stand we should take against technology appears as an important problem before us. It is possible that one may be influenced by its power and have fear or admiration for it by ignoring the fact that technology is human design that there are different sections in the world which exhibit these approaches. On the one hand, technology is unhesitatingly included in life by assuming it is neutral. On the other hand, it is thought that technology will cause disasters and it is avoided with fear. In order to get a strong and inclusive understanding of the power of technology and its effects on our life, these emotional or shallow attitudes should be left aside and a phlegmatic and critical approach should be taken on the subject. In this study, it will be indicated that what kind of acknowledgments and attitudes are adopted for the technology issue and what kind of inadequacies these have based on the opinions of various philosophers and answers will be searched for the question of what kind of a stand one should take against the technology.
