ÖZET
Bu çalışma siyasi yaşamda söylemin önemini ortaya koymak amacını taşımaktadır. Yöntem olarak 12 Eylül 1980 ve 28 Şubat 1997 dönemlerindeki gazete haberleri ve darbe bildirilerinin karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Böylelikle varılmak istenen nokta, siyasal hareketlerin ortaya çıkış sürecinde söylem şeklinin önemli bir yer tutuğunu göstermektir.

ABSTRACT
This study is made due to expose the importance of expression in political life. Comparison of the newspapers and proclamations of coup d’états September 12th 1980 and February 28th 1997 is used as the method. The purpose is the show how considerable is the way of expression during the rising process of political movements.
